Your Right to Submit Documents

By ordering a transcription package, you confirm that you have the right to submit the documents for transcription.

Scope of Service

Our standard service includes transcription and formatting of up to 10 provider notes. Completed documents are delivered within 5 business days after we receive complete notes.

What Is Not Included

Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, and insurance billing are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

Payment

The Standard Medical Transcription Package is a one-time payment of $149.00, processed securely by Stripe.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
